I feel grateful every day to have such a loving family. My daughter teaches me to find happiness in the smallest of things. I strive to be a fun, caring and present mom for her.

My Story
I started my keto journey about two years ago, when I was struggling with my weight, energy levels, and overall health. I had tried many diets before, but none of them worked for me or made me happy.
Then I discovered the keto diet, and everything changed. I was amazed by how quickly I lost weight, improved my blood sugar levels, and felt more energetic and focused. I also loved how I could still enjoy my favorite foods like cheese, bacon, eggs, and of course, tacos.
But there was one problem: most of the taco recipes I found online were either too high in carbs or too bland in taste. I wanted to have tacos that were both low-carb and flavorful.
So I decided to create my own keto taco recipes, using fresh ingredients, homemade seasonings, and keto-friendly tortillas and shells. I experimented with different combinations of meats, cheeses, veggies, sauces, and dressings. And I was blown away by the results.
I realized that I had found the perfect way to enjoy tacos on a keto diet: keto taco salads.
